Sunday morning, after strapping on my snowshoes, walked up the draw and took pictures of the house. Last night it snowed and this morning it was bitter cold. The snow crunched underfoot, and everything was coated with a combination of snow and frost.

In the photo above you can see the three cabins–or at least the exterior wooden walls of them. On either side of the cabins is an open bay, both of which are not in the final design. For the time being, though, they will remain.

This photo shows the open bay on the east side of the three cabins. Then east of the open bay are the three enclosed bays that comprise the “garage” for the bobcat. You have to be careful when backing the bobcat through the doors and then spinning it sideways inside the garage. It’s a tight fit.
