Here is the home of a spider. We discovered the apparently abandoned lodge in the scrap wood pile. The structure was actually suspended from the board upside down. In this photo, the board has been turned over and the result is that the lodge looks very much like a tipi. The photo below is a close-up, and the one below it is taken from above, showing its shadow pattern. For some reason, i did not take a single photo this week, so these pics are actually from this week last year, 2008.
