Monday, May 11 to Sunday, May 17, 2009: high 81, low 23

Tuesday early afternoon spotted the first lady bug of the year. Then on Saturday, just north of the house, there were two antelope who took flight immediately upon spotting me.

The rabbits, on the other hand, remain entirely too friendly. This one ran up to me full speed, stopped suddenly, and just sat there as though trying to communicate. Another pretended to hide in the growing grass, but its not tall enough yet.
