Saturday was a day of quick changes in the weather. A sunny and breezy day was interrupted by an afternoon storm that brought driving rain and then hail that covered Wingsprings in white. Minutes later the storm blew over and the sun reappeared. How fast were the changes? Well, the photo above was taken at 4:25 before the rain started, the one below at 4:35 was taken from the cockpit during the hail storm, and the bottom one at 4:38 after the storm had passed. So less than 13 minutes start to finish. That is quick.
