Besides there being a brisk wind, the high temperature on Thursday was 25 degrees, so Dan and i worked inside instead of outside. We installed the last cabinet in the space under the kitchen counter in the picture above. It is nice to get this row of under-counter cabinets installed. Until this year Mom sewed cloth “curtains” that we hung under the counter, and behind which were difficult-to-access storage bins. In addition to improving the overall look of the kitchen area, these cabinets increase the amount of storage and make those stored items easier to access.
