Laying on their sides are the seven 2-ply trusses that will span the garage and library addition to the north and east of the house. You can see the standing water and wet concrete in this midday Thursday photo. Late afternoon the day before the trusses were delivered. “Two-ply” means that each of the trusses actually consists of two identical trusses that are nailed together.
