We took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather to complete a lingering outdoor construction project. The two corners of the short upper wall of the library/garage roof were never cut and installed. So Corey and i did that on Thursday and Friday. It was a complicated task, even though the end result in no way suggests that was the case. Nevertheless, by Friday noon both wrap-around corners (the one shown above and the one at the other end, beyond the right edge of the photo above) were painted and installed. Unfortunately there isn’t a photo to illustrate the visual impact of this seemingly inconsequential task. The photo above, however, does clearly show that we haven’t covered the roof frame that Glenn built to protect the French doors.
