This week too we reach into the archives for a couple images. In this case, they are from 2011, February 21st. There had been a storm a few days earlier so the land was blanketed with snow. The late afternoon of these photos was sunny but very cold. The photo above shows the interesting pattern of a mouse (?) traveling just beneath the surface of the snow. And the photo below is a closeup of the east end of the pattern.
