Tuesday early afternoon view. In the background is the Wingsprings facilities; in the foreground is the road and beside it, the cut up barrow pit. The cuts are not that obvious, but when Glenn and i hauled the dirt piles from along the road to down near the gate, the ground was soft and the bobcat sank in as we used it to load the trailer. The resulting ruts were unsightly, but also dangerous if covered with snow. So one of these days when the ground isnt quite so soft, i will use the bobcat to smooth out the ruts.
