The weather was pleasant this week so was able to work on the drum wall that extends from the gallery (to the left of the picture) toward the library door which is beside the wreath. The bay with the opening through the drum wall is the Wingsprings north bay. Its center axis is perpendicular to the Wingsprings west-east axis. The opening will be a doorway into a special room. The wire on the drum wall is called stucco lath and it nailed over two layers of tar paper. Hopefully we can stucco it this coming spring or early summer.
