Sunday is Mom’s birthday. She made baked Alaska once a year for Dad on his birthday. I wanted it too on my birthday, but she said birthday cakes are once a year. So i created a baked Canada which is the same as baked Alaska except it has chocolate cake instead of angel food cake. I made this baked Alaska for her on her birthday.
