WS22 Oko 3
Oko Yamni

Thursday was a very nice day weather-wise so after lunch i tore down the never-finished wall that Dan and i had built in late July, 2021. The main reason to remove it was that in snow storm conditions the wall would sometimes cause snow to drift all the way across 226th Avenue. Hopefully the spaced 2x6s wont cause that to happen, but only time will tell. Its neat to note Dad's windsock in the background. While working on installing the new boards, a meadowlark landed on the opposite post. Mom always happily acknowledged seeing and hearing meadowlarks, while i think of Dad whenever i see or hear one. One reason was that they return every spring a little bit before his birthday. This year, i saw the first one on Wednesday, the previous day.
