Today is Mother's Day, so used Mom’s recipe to make the pancake batter. She loved pancakes. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any milk in the refrigerator so had to use a can of condensed milk. Its Best Used By date was in 2022, but had to use it, so did and the pancakes turned out good and there were no ill effects from eating them. Sure miss her, especially when she would come to Wingsprings and stay a few days. Through the window behind the griddle you can see the green grass and dandelions. Spring is here!
