Wow! This mountain lion is just feet away from the autogate here at the house. According to the Buechel dictionary, the Lakotan name of this animal is igmuwatogla. Igmu is “cat” and watogla is “wild” so a wild cat. Igmugleza and ignuglezala is a striped cat which is a bobcat. This cat looks too big to be an igmugleza. The trail camera captured this image at 9:17 Saturday night while i was in the house.
